These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to the text message program run by Firesong Marketing, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Firesong Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program name and description
Program name: Firesong Marketing Audit & Updates
What we send: If you opt in, Firesong Marketing will text you at the mobile number you provide about your free website and online presence audit and your conversations with us. That includes confirming your request, asking questions about your business, telling you when your audit is ready (with a link to view it), scheduling a review call, and answering your questions. We may also send occasional marketing messages about Firesong Marketing's branding, website, SEO, and marketing services, such as an offer to fix issues found in your audit.
2. How you opt in
You can opt in by:
- Texting us: texting your website or business name to 435-777-7179 (for example, after hearing our radio spot). Sending that text is your request to receive texts from us about your audit and occasional offers about our services, under these SMS Terms.
- Our web form: checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on a Firesong Marketing form (such as https://firesongmarketing.com/audit) and submitting the form.
After you opt in, we'll send a confirmation text like this:
Firesong Marketing: Thanks! We got your free website audit request. You'll get audit updates & occasional offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don't have to agree to receive texts to request an audit, download a resource, or buy any product or service.

Message and data rates may apply. Firesong Marketing doesn't charge for texts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for plan details.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We'll send one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't get any more texts from this program unless you opt in again. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT, and opt-out requests sent by email to john@firesongmarketing.com or by phone at 435-630-0453. To opt back in, reply START.
6. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP (or INFO) to any message, email john@firesongmarketing.com, or call 435-630-0453.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and isn't guaranteed. The program is available on major U.S. carriers.
8. Eligibility
To take part, you must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to use it. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP first or tell us, so the next owner of the number doesn't get our texts.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. We use the mobile service providers and carriers that deliver our messages only to deliver them. 10. Changes
We may change these SMS Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll let program participants know by text before it takes effect.
